Train like the work actually matters
FORGE Athletic Club pairs real coaching with a members-only floor — strength, conditioning, boxing and recovery, all under one roof.
About the club
Built for people who train on purpose
FORGE opened as a single strength room in 2016 and grew into a full-floor facility without losing the thing that made it work: coaches who actually watch your reps. No franchise playbook, no crowded machine rows — just equipment that gets used and staff who know your name.

Programs
Pick a direction, not a schedule
Every program includes open-floor access. Switch between them as your goals change — no re-enrollment needed.
Strength & Conditioning
Barbell-first programming built around squat, press and pull. Progressive overload tracked every week.
HIIT Circuit
45-minute metabolic circuits mixing kettlebells, sleds and bodyweight work. Built to torch, not to bore.
Boxing & Combat
Pad work, bag rounds and technical sparring drills led by former amateur competitors.
Powerlifting Club
Competition-focused block periodization for lifters chasing a total. Meet prep included.
Mobility & Recovery
Slow, deliberate movement work to keep the rest of your training age-proof.
Athletic Performance
Speed, plyometrics and change-of-direction work for competitive athletes in-season and off.

What it's like once you're in
“Ran three other gyms in this city before landing here. The coaching is the difference — nobody just watches you lift.”
“Booked one session with Elena to try it out. Six months later I train with her twice a week and haven't missed a check-in.”
“Sofia fixed a shoulder issue two physios couldn't. This place treats recovery as seriously as it treats lifting.”
